Framework

Apron, Chine, Frames, Stringers, Keel, Sheer, Stem and Transom were constructed from Honduran Mahogony.  The frames are gusseted on both sides with 12 mm Okoume Marine Plywood BS1088, fastened with plastic staples and epoxy.

Bottom 5/8" Thick

Constructed with three layers of diagonal and longitudinal Okoume Marine Plywood BS1088 along with one layer of 10 oz. E-glass and two layers of 5 oz. Kevlar set in epoxy and fastened with plastic staples. The perimeters nailed with barbed silicone bronze nails.

Sides 1/2" Thick

Constructed with two layers of diagonal and longitudinal Solid Khaya Marine Plywood BS1088 and Okoume Marine Plywood BS1088 along with one layer of 10 oz. E-glass and one layer of 5 oz. Kevlar set in epoxy and fastened with plastic staples. The perimeters nailed with barbed silicone bronze nails.

Decks ½" Thick

Constructed with one layer of longitudinal Okoume Marine Plywood BS 1088 and one layer of  ¼" of Honduran Mahogany, all layers set in epoxy.

Sole ¾" Thick

Constructed with two layers with two layers of Okoume Marine Plywood BS 1088 and ¼" of vertical grain Burmese teak, set in epoxy.  Primary access hatches are secured with P.Y.I. Removable Floor Anchors.

Sole Framework

Constructed of Honduran Mahogany.
